The Accidental Space of Generation
Space-Time Fabric Visualizations
2021
In physics, the general space-time fabric has a latent geometry characterized in mathematics by a “smooth” manifold, where curvature itself describes gravitation. At the quantum scale, this four-dimensional surface is disrupted by energy and matter accidentally created out of nothing, and likewise spontaneously disappearing within micro-fractions of time.
How can this energy-matter be constructively generated? The mega-machine offers a geometric space that defies our rational understanding of scale. Focusing “agents” form an apparatus, where narrow streams of gravitons disrupt the space-time fabric, causing a momentary quantum fluctuation of energy appearing out of nothing. The reactor core contains this generative accident, allowing for a massive amount of energy to circulate, while connected temporal energies actively fluctuate throughout the surrounding spatial fabric.
In April of 2021, scientists detected what could be a fifth fundamental force not predicted by the Standard Model of physics. An experiment revealed a muon subatomic particle subjected to a magnetic field that appeared to demonstrate additional quantum interactions uncharacteristic of standard predictions. It is possible that this force could represent a new form of energy produced at the subatomic level, just as the molecular scale brought about combustion, and the atomic scale: fission and fusion. With each reduction in scale, a greater yield occurs, offering the potential for a massive amount of energy to be harnessed from the discovery of this potentially new fundamental force.
How do these forces interact at the quantum scale to produce new generative energies? The following is a series of space-time representatives that offer a glimpse into the future of energy-matter generation through a non-scientific lens. Massive machines represented in both neutral and active states, create spaces of generation that defy our own sense of scale. Accidental energies originating from the beginning of time are brought to the future, where fundamental forces drive the spatial reproduction of the mega-machine founded beyond the "original object".
The three initial drawings follow two groups of 3 x 9 representations.
Given this arrangement, the following numerical relationships can be observed:
Given D = Unit Drawing Image
MN(0) = Unit Machine Image (Neutral (0))
MA(1) = Unit Machine Image (Active (0))
Total D = 3 x D = 3D
Total MN(0) = 3 x (9 x MN(0)) = 27MN(0) = 3^3 MN(0)
Total MA(0) = 3 x (9 x MA(1)) = 27MA(1) = 3^3 MA(1)
27MN(0) => 2 +7 = 9
27MA(1) => 2 + 7 = 9
Total MN(0) + Total MA(1) = 27 + 27 = 54 => 5 + 4 = 9
It follows by iteration that:
0 + 9 = 9 => 0 + 9 = 9
9 + 9 = 18 => 1 + 8 = 9
18 + 9 = 27 => 2 + 7 = 9
27 + 9 = 36 => 3 + 6 = 9
36 + 9 = 45 => 4 + 5 = 9
45 + 9 = 54 => 5 + 4 = 9
54 + 9 = 63 => 6 + 3 = 9
63 + 9 = 72 => 7 + 2 = 9
…
81 + 9 = 99 => 9 + 9 = 18 => 1 + 8 = 9
…
9n + 9 = x(1)…x(m) => x(1) + … + x(m) = 9l, where n, m, l are integers
